Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast


  • 1 boneless skinless turkey breast (Roast 20-22 minutes per pound, or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • olive oil
  • 1 dried sage leaf or 1/8-1/4 tsp ground sage
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce, more if you like *optional recipe included


  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  2. Brush the turkey breast with olive oil
  3. Season the turkey breast with sage, salt, and pepper
  4. Roast 10-15 minutes, or until turkey breast is browned
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. Spread the cranberry sauce all over the turkey breast, making sure to cover it completely
  7. Continue roasting the turkey for approximately 20-45 minutes, depending on weight, or until the internal temperature measures 165 degrees
  8. When the turkey is done, remove from heat and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing
